The Xpelair DX100T is a 4 inch single speed bathroom extractor fan with timer, ideal for use in shower rooms, bathrooms and toilets.

This compact, easy to install fan comes complete with a universal wall fitting kit which includes a telescopic wall tube, two gaskets, an outer grill and skirt moulding. The shallow outlet spigot means that it is also suitable for compact window installation.

A backdraught shutter enures that outside noise and draughts are kept to a minimum whilst the fan is not in use.

The DX100T bathroom extractor fan kit is an accredited bathroom/en-suite and toilet extractor fan under the Green Homes Compliance Scheme.
