Xpelair Simply Silent C4HTSR 78360 is a powerful 4 inch silent running bathroom extractor fan designed to reduce nuisance running noise whilst controlling excess humidity, odours and mould growth effectively.
The C4HTSR model benefits from an adjustable over-run timer and a humidistat to automatically regulate humidity levels. The timer can be set at the point of installation between 30 seconds and 30 minutes whilst the humidistat can be set between 50 and 90% RH.Advanced Ghost™ Air Movement combines long-life silent running motors with precision engineered components alongside advanced air flow management which eliminates irregular air flow paths which can cause noisy extraction. IPX4 rated, the Simply Silent C4HTSR range is suitable for use in bathrooms, toilets and cloakrooms in Zone 1 if protected by 30mA RCD, otherwise Zone 2 and can be window, wall, ceiling or panel mounted.

Bathroom extractor fan
Good fan, I now fit these as standard when doing a bathroom refurbishment. You can move the internal jumper to give you two different speed settings, and there is plenty of room to terminate 3 core and earth cable.

Great company to buy from
Quiet on low and not too loud on full power. Poor quality clip for holding the fan together. It's just a bad design and it snapped on the first press to separate to install the electric connection. Now held back together with a screw. They recommend you take the fan apart and clean it once a month so there is no way the clip would ever last.
