With a height of 580mm and a width of 895mm, RF10E Plus is sized to fit comfortably under most windows and along standard wall runs in mid-sized rooms. Ten aluminium elements are filled with sealed EcoFluid thermal oil, spreading heat evenly across the radiator so the whole space feels consistently warm rather than hot close to the heater and cool elsewhere. A 1250W output gives a good balance of quick warm-up and efficient ongoing operation, making RF10E Plus a strong upgrade over older panel heaters or basic convectors in frequently used rooms.

24/7 Digital Programming With Three Temperature Levels

RF10E Plus uses the same integral electronic thermostat and programmer as the rest of the RFE PLUS family. The controller offers 0.1°C sensing resolution with setpoint adjustments in 0.5°C steps, so room temperature can be trimmed very precisely. It can operate as a simple 24-hour timer or as a full 7-day schedule, with each day divided into 48 half-hour periods. Across those periods you can allocate three temperature levels: SUN for comfort heating, MOON for lower background or economy heating, and an OFF band that provides fixed frost protection at around 3°C. The front selector has three clear positions: 0 to switch the radiator off, P to follow the stored programme and I to maintain the SUN temperature continuously, which is useful when constant comfort is required without changing the schedule.

Energy-Saving Intelligence And Built-In Protection

To reduce wasted energy, RF10E Plus includes Adaptive Start Control and Open Window Detection. Adaptive Start continuously learns how quickly the room heats and automatically brings the radiator on earlier when necessary, so the programmed temperature is reached at the start of each time period rather than too early. Open Window Detection monitors for sharp drops in room temperature and temporarily suspends heating when one is detected, helping to avoid unnecessary consumption while a window or external door is open. These advanced functions are configured from the front-panel menu, where you can also enable a keyboard lock to prevent tampering in rented or public spaces. An automatic-reset 85°C thermal limiter and Class I earthed construction provide additional protection for fixed installations.

Installer-Friendly, Low-Maintenance Design

RF10E Plus is designed as a wall-mounted radiator and is supplied with brackets and fixings, using a simple hang-and-lock system that makes it easier to achieve a level installation on suitable walls. Minimum clearances around the heater are clearly set out in the manual to maintain airflow and performance. The EcoFluid oil core is sealed for life and requires no bleeding or refilling, and routine care is limited to occasional cleaning once the unit is cold and isolated from the supply. Once wired to a suitable 220–240V~ supply through a double-pole isolator, RF10E Plus provides predictable, low-maintenance electric heating in medium-sized rooms for homeowners and landlords alike.
