The Greenwood Airvac Unity CV2.1 is a near-silent, continuously running dMEV fan. An updated model of the market known CV2GIP fan compliant with 2021 UK Building Regulations. Designed to be installed in bathrooms, en-suites, kitchens and all other types of wet rooms, CV2.1 can be both wall or ceiling mounted. A short 68mm spigot means that the fan can also be installed in shallow ceiling voids.

Quiet, Discreet & Powerful - Greenwood Airvac CV2.1 operates at a sound level of just 11dB(A) and benefits from a smooth, circular design and clean white finish meaning it is virtually unnoticeable in both operation and aesthetic.

The fan also benefits from a mixed flow backward curved impeller which increases performance whilst lowering energy consumption to as low as just 0.5 Watts. CV2.1 is designed to achieve Guaranteed Installed Performance (GIP) to comply with building regulations.

TimerSMART™ - CV2.1 features Greenwood's intelligent TimerSMART™ overrun timer which helps to reduce heat and energy loss. TimerSMART™helps to deliver effective ventilation by detecting the total time of occupancy to determine how long the fan runs for, rather than using pre-defined sets of time sets which may not be suitable.

HumidiSMART™ - Greenwood's HumidiSMART™ automatic humidity sensor reacts only to excess humidity from sources such as showers and baths. This means that it does not waste energy on background humidity that fluctuates throughout the seasons.

CommisionSMART™ - CommisionSMART™ removes the need for fiddly dip switches and instead provides a smart touchpad which enables quick and simple fan configuration. Installers can set up room type, boost and trickle speeds and controls such as the humidity and timer all from one, simple-to-use touchpad. Using + and - buttons, installers are also able to increase or decrease the speed of the fan in 1l/s increments to suit the installation.

To further decrease installation times the fascia also benefits from a "twist-lock" feature which allows for easy removal. The inside screws can be loosened but will remain in place thanks to an innovative "stay open" hinge for easy wiring access.

Compliant - CV2.1 complies with 2021 UK Building Regulations, Continuous Mechanical Extract Ventilation, the Low Voltage Directive, EMC Compatibility Directive, is CE and UKCA marked and has UKAS accreditation.
