The Greenwood CV2.1HT Unity DMEV Humidistat Timer Extractor Fan delivers powerful yet whisper-quiet ventilation for bathrooms, kitchens and all domestic wet rooms. Designed as the next-generation replacement for the Greenwood CV2.1 and CV2GIP, this ultra-efficient fan operates at just 0.54W in continuous mode and as low as 7.9dB(A), making it one of the quietest DMEV solutions on the market. Ideal for creating a more comfortable, healthier indoor environment without intrusive noise.
SMART Technology for Automatic Humidity Control
Equipped with integral SMART humidity sensing, the Unity DMEV automatically adjusts airflow to remove excess moisture before condensation and mould can develop. The built-in intelligent timer overrun operates only when needed, reducing energy waste. Its integrated humidistat and timer ensure fully automated, hands-off operation while memory retention keeps your preferred settings safe even after power interruptions or maintenance.
Flexible Installation with No Large Ducting Required
Designed for convenience and versatility, this compact unit fits easily into shallow ceiling voids and can be mounted on walls, windows or ceilings. It’s suitable for all wet rooms without needing oversized ducting runs or high background ventilation requirements. Commissioning is fast and intuitive thanks to Greenwood’s unique 100% front-facing variable airflow settings, allowing quick adjustment without dismantling the unit. With IPX5 protection for wall mounting, IPX4 for ceilings, and full CE/UKCA compliance, the Unity DMEV is ready for safe installation across a wide range of domestic applications.
