Manual or Self-Test — Selectable via Internal DIP Switch

A single internal dual-mode DIP switch toggles between standard manual test and automatic self-test operation conforming to BS EN 62034 — giving the installer or facilities manager full flexibility to configure the correct testing regime at commissioning, or to switch between modes later without replacing the fitting. In self-test mode, the unit performs scheduled functional and duration checks automatically, removing test rounds from the maintenance programme and supporting compliance record-keeping. Both automatic and manual emergency operation test modes are confirmed in the technical specification.

Clear LED Status Indication with Adjustable Brightness

A green LED status indicator communicates operational health, test status, and fault conditions through distinct flash patterns — distinguishing between system healthy, duration test pending, duration test running, functional test running, battery charging fault, battery duration fault, lamp or luminaire fault, and installation fault warning.
