NMT2SPD3W/1 Type 2 Wylex SPD with built in Type 2 surge protection, limiting transient overvoltages due to lightning, switching of transformers, motors and lighting. NMT2SPD3W/1 provides protection against downtime and damage of electrical components and materials, ideal for protecting high value electrical equipment such as TVs, PCs and white goods

NMT2SPD3W/1 is packed with features to make it the most user friendly, convenient SPD on the market:

• Single Module SPD - At only 18mm wide with a single module construction, the SPD only uses one way in the consumer unit, providing more available ways for household circuits, whilst allowing use of more compact consumer units.
• 100A Rated - Matching the maximum cut out fuse size and rating of the main switch of the consumer unit allows for installation of the SPD without a backup MCB or fuse to protect it.
• Retrofit - Wylex Miniature SPDs are designed to fit new or existing consumer unit installations. Connecting to both new and old busbar shapes and designs allows for easy overcurrent protection upgrades to older installations and simple incorporation into to new units.
• Status Indication -  Status indicators show the user when the device has been activated whilst volt free contacts allow for remote monitoring and/or signalling. Replacement cartridges are available to provide a fast, easy plug in replacement without disturbing connections.
• Easy installation - Direct Busbar connection provides the simplest possible installation, simplifying the tricky wiring and connection arrangements which make traditional SPDs so awkward to fit.
