Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon PureAir Cleanse 100 HT-IAQ (414943) is a continuously running 100mm extractor fan with integrated humidity, timer and intelligent air quality sensing. It automatically ramps up extraction when moisture rises or VOC pollutants are detected, helping you control condensation, mould risk and lingering odours in bathrooms, WCs, kitchens and utility rooms.

The HT-IAQ variant combines a digital humidistat/timer with an air quality sensor that measures chemical pollutants (TVOCs). Both sensors operate automatically with no manual adjustments, boosting the fan speed to clear moisture and airborne contaminants faster when indoor conditions worsen.

PureAir Cleanse is designed in line with Approved Document F 2021, delivering increased whole-dwelling ventilation rates without turning the room into a wind tunnel.
