Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon Centra 4 Inch extractor fan Humidistat Timer Pullcord runs continuously at an almost silent decibel level, providing versatility and compliance with building regulations for document F and L, and System 3. Automatic boost operation is provided by the built-in humidity sensor (humidistat) reacting to changes in air humidity to maintain air quality, reducing moisture levels, or simply through use of the pullcord. Boost is controlled by an integral overrun timer, adjustable between 5-30 minutes at installation,making it ideal for reducing your energy usage and saving you money.

Centra is fitted with a low voltage SELV alongside an IPX7 rating, allowing for installation inside of Bathroom Zone 1, making the fan suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms, en-suites and utility rooms. The Lo-Carbon motor also offers 90% energy saving as well as a more reliable longer lasting motor than conventional ventilation fans.
