Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon Sentinel Multivent H 445655 MEV Unit is a continuous mechanical extract ventilation system designed for simultaneous ventilation of separate areas in the home or as a multipoint extraction system for commercial applications. Recognised in SAP PCDB and compliant with Building Regulations Approved Document F and L, it offers efficient, low-energy extract ventilation with an integral humidity sensor for responsive moisture control.

Efficient Continuous Extract Ventilation

The Sentinel Multivent H helps remove moisture, carbon dioxide and pollutants from multiple rooms to support healthier indoor air quality. With Specific Fan Power as low as 0.16W/l/s across the Sentinel Multivent/Plus SAP PCDB test results, it is designed to reduce running costs and support lower carbon ventilation schemes.

Smart Humidity Control

The integral humidity sensor increases fan speed in proportion to relative humidity, helping boost extraction when moisture levels rise. It also responds to rapid humidity changes and includes night-time humidity setback to reduce nuisance boosting as temperatures fall.

Flexible Installation

The unit can be wall, ceiling or loft mounted, giving installers flexibility across domestic and commercial projects. 125mm spigots support compatible duct connections, while condensate drains are provided for installations where the ambient air has a high humidity content.

Simple Commissioning And Control

An integral digital display allows installers to set low, normal, boost and purge speeds to suit the property. Demand control can be set in 1% increments, while manual and automatic control options, switched live and SELV connections, overrun timer and delay-on timer make the unit practical to commission and operate.
