The Vent-Axia VASF100HTF Silent Fan combines ultra-quiet extraction with automatic humidity sensing, delivering reliable, hands-free ventilation that keeps bathrooms and toilets fresh and condensation-free. Designed for Zone 1 installation, it offers whisper-quiet performance from only 12dB(A) and effortless compliance with Building Regulations Approved Documents F & L.

Automatic Moisture Control: Featuring a built-in humidity sensor, the fan automatically activates when humidity rises, maintaining healthy air quality and preventing mould and damp. A fixed 15-minute timer overrun ensures moisture is fully extracted after humidity returns to normal, giving complete, low-maintenance control.

Quiet, Efficient Performance: Using a high-efficiency motor and precision-balanced impeller, the VASF100HTF delivers powerful air movement with minimal noise and low energy consumption. Two airflow settings — 6l/s (low) or 23l/s (high) — can be selected during installation to match room size and performance requirements.

Safety & Flexible Installation: Rated IPX5, this fan is suitable for installation in Zone 1 areas, including directly above showers when installed with RCD protection. The fixed-grille design ensures a modern, streamlined appearance, while integral backdraught shutters prevent unwanted airflow. Suitable for wall, ceiling, window or panel mounting, the fan is backed by a 5-year warranty for peace of mind.
