Storage heaters are heavy items and are delivered on a pallet to ensure they arrive safely. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Delivery Timescale
Mainland UK: 1–2 working days.

Kerbside Delivery — £39.95 Flat Rate
All pallet deliveries are kerbside only. The driver will unload your pallet using a pallet trolley and place it as close to your property entrance as safely possible — for example, your front door, garage, or driveway. The driver is unable to bring items inside your property. You will be responsible for moving the goods from the kerbside into your building. Please ensure you have sufficient help available on the day of delivery.

Product Weights

• Storage heater brick packs: approximately 10 kg per pack
• Complete storage heaters: 30–40 kg depending on model

We recommend arranging appropriate lifting assistance before your delivery arrives.

Important: Do Not Discard Storage Heater Bricks
Your storage heater will be delivered with storage bricks. These bricks are an essential component — your heater cannot function correctly without them. Please retain all brick packs and check your delivery carefully before disposing of any packaging.

Booking Your Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the agreed day. If you miss your delivery, re-delivery attempts may incur an additional charge.
