The ADA306G (1P RCBO) has been officially discontinued by Hager. The ADB906R is the recommended successor with improved features including bi-directional protection and switched neutral. It maintains full compatibility with Hager consumer units while offering enhanced performance for modern installations.

Hager ADB906R Bidirectional RCBO is a compact 1P+N protective device combining 6A B-curve overcurrent protection with 30mA Type A residual current protection. Its 6kA breaking capacity and single-module design make it suitable for protecting individual final circuits while conserving valuable space in compatible consumer units and distribution boards.

Combined Circuit Protection

The ADB906R combines miniature circuit breaker and residual current protection within one device. This provides protection against overloads, short circuits and residual current faults while allowing an affected circuit to be isolated independently from other circuits in the installation.

Bidirectional Type A Operation

Bidirectional operation provides greater flexibility for circuits where current may flow in either direction. The Type A residual current characteristic and 30mA sensitivity make the RCBO suitable for modern electrical installations requiring individual circuit protection.

Space-Saving Single-Module Design

At only 17.7mm wide, the ADB906R occupies one DIN rail module. This compact format helps contractors maximise usable enclosure capacity while retaining 1P+N switching and protection within a single device.

Installer-Friendly Connections

The RCBO accepts flexible conductors from 1-10mm² and solid conductors from 1-16mm². A screw terminal at the top and Hager biconnect connection at the bottom support straightforward installation in compatible Hager distribution equipment.
