Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon Sentinel Kinetic BH Right 443319 MVHR Unit with summer bypass and integral humidity sensor is designed for efficient whole-house ventilation in residential projects. Recognised in SAP PCDB and rated SEC Class A, this compact heat recovery unit helps improve indoor air quality while recovering heat from extracted air.

Efficient Whole-House Heat Recovery

The Sentinel Kinetic BH uses a high efficiency composite plastic counterflow heat exchanger to pre-heat incoming supply air using warmth from extracted air. With thermal efficiency up to 91.1% when tested to EN 308, it supports energy-conscious ventilation for new build and refurbishment projects.

Compact, Installer-Friendly Design

At 550mm high, 550mm wide and 285mm deep, the unit fits within a 290mm deep kitchen cupboard for space-saving installation. It can also be mounted vertically in a roof space, hallway cupboard or kitchen area, with horizontal, vertical or combined duct options to suit confined layouts.

Smart Humidity And Control Features

The integral humidity sensor automatically increases fan speed in response to relative humidity, helping control moisture while reducing unnecessary noise and energy use. Built-in digital control, fully adjustable fan speeds, BMS connectivity, switched live inputs and plug-and-play control options give installers simple commissioning and flexible site integration.

Easy Maintenance And Project Flexibility

The removable core provides access to the supply and extract filters, heat exchanger and electrical connections for straightforward maintenance. Optional acoustic enclosure and acoustic top box accessories are available where reduced breakout or in-duct noise is required(available separately).
