INC254 Fusebox Modular Contactor 25A 4 Pole 230V Normally Open

FuseBox INC254 is a 25A 4-pole normally open (N/O) installation contactor with a 230V 50Hz coil, in a 36mm two-module DIN rail housing. It switches four poles from a single control signal, for multi-circuit and 400V AC applications in consumer units and modular enclosures.

Four-Pole Control in One Device

With four normally open poles, the INC254 can switch up to four conductors at once from a single low-power control device such as a timer or controller. You need one device instead of several, which saves cost and simplifies wiring. It is rated for operational voltages up to 400V AC. Its ratings are 25A at AC-7a for small inductive domestic loads such as TVs, mixers and drills, and 8.5A at AC-7b for rotating machines such as fans, central vacuum cleaners and washing machines. Every pole stays open until the coil is energised, so the load remains fully isolated when off.

Slim 36mm Footprint

The INC254 fits four poles into just 36mm of DIN rail, keeping the board compact and leaving room for protective devices and future expansion. Its terminals take cables up to 4mm². A 4.6VA holding power and 1.6W dissipation keep heat output low inside the enclosure. It clips straight onto a standard 35mm top hat DIN rail for fast installation.

Cool, Compliant Operation

Designed to fit FuseBox consumer units and modular enclosures, the INC254 complies with IEC EN 61095. It has a 500V rated insulation voltage and a 2.5kV impulse withstand rating. When it is fitted beside a protective device, install 9mm spacers on either side to let air circulate. Two spacers come free of charge. A consistent 0.8Nm torque setting for both control and power terminals makes secure terminations quick and simple.
