INC634 Fusebox Modular Contactor 63A 4 Pole 230V Normally Open

FuseBox INC634 is a 63A 4-pole normally open (N/O) installation contactor with a 230V 50Hz coil, in a 54mm three-module DIN rail housing. It is the highest-rated contactor in the FuseBox range, built for heavy 4-pole and 400V AC switching in consumer units and modular enclosures.

Maximum-Rated Four-Pole Switching

The INC634 switches up to four conductors at 63A from a single low-power control device, such as a timer or controller. One device can handle demanding multi-pole loads that would otherwise need several separate contactors. It is rated for operational voltages up to 400V AC. Its ratings are 63A at AC-7a for small inductive domestic loads such as TVs, mixers and drills, and 20A at AC-7b for rotating machines such as fans, central vacuum cleaners and washing machines. All four poles stay open until the coil is energised, so the load is fully isolated when off.

Heavy-Duty Capacity, Compact Format

At 54mm wide, the INC634 brings 63A four-pole switching to just three modules of DIN rail. Its terminals take cables up to 16mm² for direct connection of larger conductors. A 6.5VA holding power and 2.1W dissipation keep heat output low for a contactor of this rating. It clips straight onto a standard 35mm top hat DIN rail for quick installation.

Designed for Safe, Reliable Running

The INC634 is designed for FuseBox consumer units and modular enclosures and complies with IEC EN 61095. It has a 500V rated insulation voltage and a 2.5kV impulse withstand rating. When it is fitted beside a protective device, install 9mm spacers on either side to let air circulate. Two spacers come free of charge. Torque settings of 3.5Nm for the power terminals and 0.8Nm for the control terminals help ensure secure, dependable connections at high current.
