Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon Sentinel Kinetic Plus Right 443028 MVHR Unit with automatic summer bypass and integral humidity sensor is a high airflow heat recovery ventilation unit for larger residential and multi-occupancy projects. Recognised in SAP PCDB and rated SEC Class A+, it is ideal for larger homes, care homes and student accommodation where powerful, efficient whole-house ventilation is required.

High Airflow Heat Recovery

The Sentinel Kinetic Plus is capable of 400m³/h at 150Pa, making it suitable for demanding layouts with multiple wet rooms and communal areas. Its high efficiency backward curved impeller design helps deliver strong performance with low energy consumption and quiet operation.

Efficient Ventilation For Larger Properties

A composite plastic counterflow heat exchanger pre-heats incoming supply air using warmth from extracted air. With thermal efficiency up to 92% when tested to EN 308, the unit supports energy-conscious ventilation while helping maintain a comfortable indoor environment.

Smart Controls And Humidity Response

The integral humidity sensor automatically increases fan speed in proportion to relative humidity, helping remove moisture without unnecessary boost noise. Integrated digital controls, BMS connectivity, LS inputs, volt-free inputs, self diagnosis and adjustable delay on/delay off timer make the unit practical for both domestic and managed property installations.

Installer-Friendly Design
