Aico Ei3016 Mains Optical Smoke Alarm SmartLINK Compatible

The Aico Ei3016 optical smoke alarm, part of the latest innovative Aico 3000 series. A mains powered smoke detector with a 10 year+ battery backup. Aico Ei3016 provides fast alarm responses when a slow, smouldering fire is detected and works with the Aico Ei3000mrf module, allowing you to connect all your fire detectors wirelessly. Typically this fire alarm is installed in living rooms, dining rooms, hallways or bedrooms.

The Ei3016 is part of the 3000 series detectors and can be upgraded to SmartLink Technology by installing the Ei3000mrf Wifi module allowing your connected devices to communicate to each other, as well as providing records of faulty alarms, low batteries, end of life and maintenance records, all from your smart device or desktop. You can also receive emails or text alerts when devices have been triggered among many other features. To enable these features, each property will require the installation of the SmartLINK Ei1000G gateway portal and download the free App (IOS, Google Play). This is perfect for landlords because it keeps an alarm status report from the moment it is first switched on. This report can be emailed and serves as evidence of the records that landlords in the UK are required to maintain.

The Aico Ei3016 also uses AudioLink technology (which comes pre-installed with this alarm). AudioLink allows you to hold your smartphone or tablet close to the alarm and audibly extract data such as battery and sensor status, alarm activation and testing records, and advice on dust contamination records, via the free App (IOS, Google Play).
