Aico 3000 Series EI3028 is a multi sensor heat detector and carbon monoxide alarm. This means it alerts you to sudden rises in temperature as well as toxic levels of carbon monoxide that can be caused by gas leaks or a build-up of blocked fumes. For use in kitchens with gas-fuelled appliances such as cookers and boilers or alongside open fires and wood burning stoves.

The Aico EI3028 is a mains powered combined CO and heat detector with a built in 10 year rechargeable backup battery. Flashing LED lights alert you to any faults with the alarm or sensor. Also included on the alarm is a manual test button, which can also be used to silence the alarm if required.

The Ei3028 is part of the 3000 series detectors and can be upgraded to SmartLink Technology by installing the Ei3000mrf Wifi module allowing your connected devices to communicate to each other, as well as providing records of faulty alarms, low batteries, end of life and maintenance records, all from your smart device or desktop. You can also receive emails or text alerts when devices have been triggered among many other features. To enable these features, each property will require the installation of the SmartLINK Ei1000G gateway portal and download the free App (IOS, Google Play). This is perfect for landlords because it keeps an alarm status report from the moment it is first switched on. This report can be emailed and serves as evidence of the records that landlords in the UK are required to maintain.

The Aico Ei3028 also uses AudioLink technology (which comes pre-installed with this alarm). AudioLink allows you to hold your smartphone or tablet close to the alarm and audibly extract data such as battery and sensor status, alarm activation and testing records, and advice on dust contamination records, via the free App (IOS, Google Play).
