The Aico MCP401RC Manual Call Point is an emergency device that lets occupants raise a system-wide alarm at the press of a button. When activated, it triggers all interconnected alarms on the circuit, helping to speed evacuation and support compliance in HMOs, apartment blocks and managed residential properties.

Installed on escape routes, stairwells and landings, the MCP401RC gives residents and staff a clear, familiar way to raise the alarm if they see fire or smoke before detectors respond. The non-breaking, resettable front element means it can be used repeatedly without needing replacement glass, reducing maintenance time and cost.

Reliable Mains Operation With Back-Up

The call point is mains powered at 230V and incorporates a rechargeable VL2330 lithium back-up cell, so it stays operational during short power interruptions. Low power consumption of just 0.2W helps keep overall system load down on larger sites.
