Spit C6-20 057540 — 20mm Pulsa C6 Concrete Pins For Electrical Fittings, Drywall Track & Timber

The Spit C6-20 057540 pins are 20mm collated gas nails from the Pulsa C6 range, designed as standard fixings for electrical fittings, metal partition tracks and timber sole plates into concrete. With a hardened carbon steel shank and zinc-coated finish on a black plastic strip, they provide a fast, reliable alternative to drilling and plugging when used with Spit Pulsa gas nailers.

Standard Pulsa Pin For Everyday Concrete Fixings

C6-20 pins are recommended for fixing metal drywall tracks on floors and walls in C20/25 and C30/37 concrete, as well as a wide range of Spit metal and plastic accessories such as TRH-Clip threaded rod hangers, MCC-0 metal cable ties, perforated strip, CLIPELEC bases, P-Clips, E-Clips and cable bows. This makes them a go-to choice for both drylining contractors and electricians who need one pin that covers most light duty fixings to concrete slabs and walls.

Proven Performance In Non-Cracked Concrete

For non-structural, redundant fixing patterns (multiple aligned fixings sharing the load), C6 pins in C20/25–C30/37 non-cracked concrete provide design resistances up to 0.79kN at 18mm embedment, giving installers dependable holding power for rails, clips and small brackets when spacing and edge distances are respected. For light cable tray systems fixed with compatible accessories such as metal P-Clips and CLIPELEC bases, design resistance per metre is up to 0.15kN with typical fixing spacings of 0.40–1.00m depending on tray orientation and reinforcement.

Engineered For Pulsa Gas Tools

Supplied 500 per box on black collated strip, C6-20 pins are compatible with Spit Pulsa P27 (95J), Pulsa P40P+ (100J) and Pulsa P65 (100J) gas nailers for fast fixing on floors, walls and soffits. Each pin uses a 2.6mm diameter carbon steel shank (53–56HRC for C6-20) and approx. 6.3mm head, electro-galvanised with at least 5μm zinc for corrosion protection in internal environments.

Typical applications include fixing metal drywall track, electrical base plates and clips, perforated strip, threaded-rod hangers, light timber battens and wire mesh/waterproofing washers into C20/25–C30/37 concrete floors, walls and soffits.
