The Spit C6-35 057543 pins are 35mm collated gas nails from the Pulsa C6 range, designed for fixing thicker timber sections, metal drywall tracks, electrical accessories and waterproofing systems into concrete. With a hardened carbon steel shank, electrogalvanised finish and black plastic collation strip, they offer a fast, reliable alternative to drilling and plugging when used with Spit Pulsa gas nailers.

35mm Length For Thicker Timber & Deeper Fixings

C6-35 pins give more usable length than C6-20, C6-25 and C6-30, making them a good choice where you’re fixing thicker materials or want extra embedment into the slab. The Pulsa C6 pin selection guide shows the range being used for wood structures on floors and ceilings up to 27mm thick, partition tracks on floors and walls, and steel washer systems for wire mesh and waterproofing in C20/25 and C30/37 concrete. This makes C6-35 particularly useful for heavier timber sole plates, uprights and deeper gauge tracks where shorter pins may be marginal.

Proven Performance In Non-Cracked Concrete

For non-structural applications with redundant fixing patterns (multiple aligned fixings sharing the load), Pulsa C6 pins installed 15–20mm into C20/25–C30/37 non-cracked concrete provide characteristic resistances FRk from 0.87kN to 1.41kN, with design resistances FRd from 0.58kN up to 0.94kN per fixing depending on embedment depth. This gives dependable holding power for thicker timber plates, metal tracks, washers and Spit metal and plastic accessories when recommended spacing and edge distances are respected.

With one pin family covering drywall tracks, timber, cable management and waterproofing, you can keep site stock simple while tackling many first-fix tasks with the same box of pins.

Engineered For Pulsa Gas Tools

Manufactured from carbon steel with a hardness of 50–55HRC for C6≥25 pins, C6-35 achieves a good balance of driveability and durability in concrete. Pins are electrogalvanised with a minimum 5μm zinc coating for internal corrosion protection and supplied 500 per box on black collated strip. They’re compatible with Spit Pulsa P27 (95J), Pulsa P40P+ (100J) and Pulsa P65 (100J) gas nailers for rapid fixing on floors, walls and soffits without drilling or resin.
