Spit C6-30 057542 — 30mm Pulsa C6 Concrete Pins For Tracks, Timber & Electrical Accessories

The Spit C6-30 057542 pins are 30mm collated gas nails from the Pulsa C6 range, designed for fixing electrical fittings, metal drywall tracks, wood sections and waterproofing systems into concrete. With a hardened carbon steel shank, zinc-coated finish and black plastic collation strip, they provide a fast, reliable alternative to drilling and plugging when used with Spit Pulsa gas nailers.

30mm Pin For Thicker Timber & Extra Embedment

Offering more length than C6-20 and C6-25, C6-30 pins are ideal where you need extra embedment into the slab or are fixing thicker materials. The Pulsa C6 pin selection guide highlights C6-30 for wood structures 20–27mm thick on floors and ceilings in C20/25 and C30/37 concrete, as well as for standard partition tracks and accessories in harder C30/37 concrete. That makes them a strong choice for deeper timber sole plates, uprights and heavier gauge tracks where shorter pins may be marginal.

Proven Performance In Non-Cracked Concrete

For redundant, non-structural fixing patterns (multiple aligned fixings sharing the load), Pulsa C6 pins driven 15–20mm into C20/25–C30/37 non-cracked concrete provide characteristic resistances from 0.87kN to 1.41kN, with design resistances FRd from 0.58kN to 0.94kN per fixing depending on embedment depth. This gives dependable holding power for tracks, timber footings, waterproofing washers and Spit accessories when spacing and edge distances are respected.

C6-30 pins are part of a complete Pulsa C6 system developed for use with metal and plastic accessories including TRH-Clip threaded rod hangers, MCC-0 metal cable ties, perforated strip, P-Clips, E-Clips, CLIPELEC bases, cable bows and waterproofing washers. One pin family can therefore cover drywall tracks, cable tray fixings, conduits, wire mesh and more, helping to simplify site stock and speed up first fix.

Engineered For Pulsa Gas Tools

Manufactured from carbon steel with hardness 50–55HRC for C6≥25, C6-30 pins combine good penetration with durability in concrete. They are supplied 500 per box on black collated strip and are compatible with Spit Pulsa P27 (95J), Pulsa P40P+ (100J) and Pulsa P65 (100J) gas tools for floor, wall and soffit installation. Electrogalvanised zinc coating with at least 5μm thickness provides corrosion protection for dry internal environments.

Typical applications include fixing metal drywall track, timber plates and studs up to around 27mm thick, electrical bases and boxes, perforated strip, threaded rod hangers, steel washers for mesh/waterproofing, and cable accessories into C20/25–C30/37 concrete floors, walls and ceilings.
