The Spit C6-25 057541 pins are 25mm collated gas nails from the Pulsa C6 range, designed for fixing electrical fittings, metal drywall tracks and timber sections into concrete. With a hardened carbon steel shank, zinc-coated finish and black plastic collation strip, they provide a fast, reliable alternative to drilling and plugging when used with Spit Pulsa gas nailers.
Versatile 25mm Pin For Thicker Tracks & Timber
C6-25 pins give a little more reach than C6-20, making them ideal where you need extra embedment into the slab or are fixing slightly thicker materials. The Pulsa C6 selection guide recommends C6-25 for metal drywall tracks on floors and walls in C20/25 and C30/37 concrete, as well as for timber elements 15–20mm thick on floors and ceilings. That makes them a good “middle length” choice for deeper channels, sole plates and accessories where 20mm pins are borderline.
Proven Holding Power In Non-Cracked Concrete
In redundant, non-structural fixing patterns (multiple aligned fixings sharing the load), Pulsa C6 pins installed 15–20mm into C20/25–C30/37 concrete offer design resistances from 0.58kN up to 0.94kN per fixing, depending on embedment. This gives dependable holding power for drywall tracks, timber plates and Spit accessories such as TRH-Clip threaded rod hangers, MCC-0 metal cable ties, perforated strip, P-Clips, E-Clips and cable bows when edge distances and spacings are respected.
Engineered For Pulsa Gas Nailers
C6 pins are manufactured from carbon steel with hardness 50–55HRC for C6≥25, giving a good balance of penetration and durability in concrete. They are supplied 500 per box on black collated strip and are compatible with Spit Pulsa P27 (95J), Pulsa P40P+ (100J) and Pulsa P65 (100J) gas tools, allowing fast installation on floors, walls and soffits without drilling or resin. Electrogalvanised zinc coating with at least 5μm thickness provides corrosion protection for dry internal environments.

With a 2.6mm shank and approximately 6.3mm head diameter, C6-25 pins seat securely under track flanges, timber feet and accessory bases. They are part of a complete Pulsa C6 system covering drywall tracks, light cable tray systems, waterproofing washers and a wide range of metal and plastic cable accessories, so one pin length can handle many first-fix tasks across the job.
