Premium Gas Cell For Demanding Site Work

Formulated specifically for Pulsa gas nailers, this fuel cell is designed to deliver stable combustion and drive energy across a wide range of site temperatures. The gas mixture includes a patented lubricant that circulates through the tool with each shot, helping to minimise wear on seals and moving parts and reducing maintenance requirements.

Up To 500 Shots Per Cell

At optimum operating temperature, each fuel cell delivers up to 500 shots, making it ideal for day-to-day fixing of track, clips, brackets and accessories without constant refuelling. When paired with standard Pulsa nail and gas packs, it provides a balanced, manufacturer-approved system that maintains tool performance over long runs of fixings.

Wide Operating Temperature Range

The fuel formulation is optimised for dependable nailing between approximately -15°C and +49°C, helping Pulsa tools to keep performing in cold winter conditions and warm plant rooms alike. A patented dosing valve works with the tool’s fuel injection system to meter the correct gas quantity for the ambient temperature, improving shot consistency and reducing misfires.

Compatible With Multiple Pulsa Tools

One fuel cell works across a broad Pulsa fleet, including P27, P40, P65, PIF, P800 and ST400 tools, simplifying site logistics and stockholding. Instead of carrying different gas packs for each nailer, installers can standardise on a single fuel cell type alongside the appropriate collated pins.
